These Terms of Use govern access to the X Restorations website, forms, and informational content. The X Restorations brand, website, and domain are owned by AMTR Holdings LLC. In these terms, “X Restorations,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AMTR Holdings LLC and the people authorized to operate the X Restorations website and services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site; you may call us instead.
Website requests, accounts, and payments
This website provides information and a way to request contact. It does not create a user account, accept an online payment, guarantee dispatch or availability, form a restoration contract, approve an estimate or scope, determine insurance coverage, or authorize work. Any inspection, work authorization, scope, price, schedule, payment obligation, and warranty must be addressed in a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for authorized services.
Eligibility and authority
The site and form are for adults. You must be at least 18 and authorized to provide the contact and property information submitted. If you act for another owner, tenant, business, association, insurer, or person, you represent that you have authority. Do not impersonate anyone or submit a number, photographs, documents, or property information without authority.
Informational limits
Website content is general and may not reflect a particular property. It is not an on-site inspection, engineering or environmental opinion, medical or legal advice, insurance-coverage determination, claim representation, or public-adjusting service. Online descriptions do not guarantee that material can be restored, that mold or contamination is absent, that a loss is covered, or that a result or timeline is possible. Do not delay emergency help or necessary professional evaluation because of website content.
Emergencies and safety
The site and form are not monitored as an emergency-dispatch system and do not replace 911, fire rescue, police, a utility, or another authority. For active fire, gas odor, structural collapse, downed power lines, or immediate danger, leave the property and call 911 or the appropriate utility first. Do not enter an unsafe structure or disturb suspected mold, sewage, fire residue, or hazardous material based on this site.
Availability, estimates, and authorization
“24/7” means we accept emergency calls and requests at all times; it does not guarantee an arrival time. Dispatch, availability, scope, price, schedule, and results depend on location, weather, access, demand, safety, property conditions, materials, specialists, and written authorization. An online or verbal discussion is not a final estimate or authorization unless a separate written document expressly says so.
SMS and call terms for service requests
When you check the initially unchecked service-contact box and submit, you ask and authorize X Restorations to call or text the provided number only about that request, including through automated technology. Permission begins with submission and lasts only while we evaluate and respond and, if work is separately authorized, coordinate that project, unless revoked sooner. It does not authorize unrelated advertising or marketing and is not a condition of purchase. Because the form asks us to respond by phone, permission is required to submit it; you may call instead.
Frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. You may revoke permission at any time by any reasonable method. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE; call (813) 351-9419; email info@xrestorations.com; or make another clear request. We will honor it as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 10 business days. A clear revocation applies to consent-required calls and texts at that number. We may send one prompt, nonmarketing confirmation text; if sent, it will be the only additional text after opt-out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Text is not a replacement for 911.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the number. Tell us if it changes or is reassigned. Opting out does not cancel separately authorized work or another signed agreement; another lawful communication method may be needed. We retain consent and opt-out evidence as described in the Privacy Notice and do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
Services and insurance
Coverage, exclusions, deductibles, decisions, and payments are determined by the policy and insurer. X Restorations may provide its own scope, estimate, invoices, and documentation to you or, when authorized, an insurer or adjuster. Through this site, X Restorations does not act as a public adjuster, interpret policy, negotiate claim settlement for you, guarantee coverage, or promise insurer payment. You remain responsible for amounts due under a signed agreement.
Mold, environmental, and health information
References to mold, sewage, fire residue, odor, air quality, or contamination describe restoration concerns and do not diagnose a medical condition or guarantee a property is mold-free, sterile, or safe for every person. Florida may require separate licensed assessment, remediation, testing, or other specialists. Scope depends on site conditions, applicable requirements, and written authorization. Seek qualified medical advice for health concerns.
Information and materials you submit
You keep ownership of photographs, videos, documents, and other materials you provide. You permit X Restorations to receive, store, copy, and share them only as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate, prepare records, perform authorized services, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. We will not publish project images as advertising or portfolio content without separate appropriate permission. Do not submit unlawful material, malicious code, confidential information belonging to another person, or content that violates rights.
Representative website media
Some photographs, video, illustrations, or generated visuals are representative. Unless a caption expressly identifies a verified X Restorations project, media is not a photograph of an actual X Restorations customer, employee, property, result, or endorsement and does not promise that every project will look or proceed the same way.
Website content and permitted use
The site’s original text, graphics, layout, and code are owned by AMTR Holdings LLC; logos, photographs, video, and other materials are owned by AMTR Holdings LLC or used under applicable licenses. You may view and use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes related to evaluating or requesting services. You may not copy, republish, sell, interfere with, probe, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at disruptive scale, bypass security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, use the site fraudulently, or use the brand in a way that implies authorization.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to maps, certification resources, analytics controls, social networks, insurers, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply. A link is for convenience and does not mean X Restorations controls, guarantees, or endorses the third party. We are not responsible for a third-party site’s availability or content.
Website availability and corrections
We work to keep the site accurate, secure, and available, but content may contain errors, become outdated, or be interrupted. We may correct, update, suspend, or remove site content or features. Nothing here changes an express obligation or warranty in a separate signed service agreement, and these terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes, severability, and no waiver
We may update these website terms as the site and practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Failing to enforce a provision once does not waive it later.
