X Restorations is a brand, website, and domain owned by AMTR Holdings LLC. This notice explains how AMTR Holdings LLC, operating the X Restorations website and services (“X Restorations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information connected with the site and restoration-service requests.
Information we collect and where it comes from
Contact and property information. We may collect your name, phone number, optional email, property address or Florida ZIP code, property type, damage category, loss details, preferred contact information, and anything else you voluntarily provide. If you later send photographs, videos, documents, or insurance-related information through an authorized channel, we may keep them with the request or project record.
Communications and service information. We may keep calls, texts, emails, scheduling details, estimates, scopes, authorizations, project notes, invoices, and communications about requested or authorized work. We do not record calls unless we first provide any notice and obtain any consent required by law.
Form, consent, and attribution records. A form may record its language and location, source and referring pages, date and time, browser user-agent, UTM campaign values, advertising click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid, the exact service-contact disclosure and version, whether the required box was checked, and a unique audit ID. The private lead record stores a one-way, site-keyed hash of the request IP address for fraud prevention and consent auditing; it does not store the raw IP. Hosting and security logs may contain a raw IP address.
Device, usage, cookie, and security information. The site and our hosting, security, and analytics providers may receive IP address, IP-derived approximate location, browser, device, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, interactions, cookies or similar identifiers, and timestamps. We receive information from you, your browser or device, referral and campaign links, and, when relevant and authorized, a property representative, insurer, adjuster, subcontractor, or other participant.
The current site does not request payment-card or bank data, Social Security numbers, passwords, medical diagnoses, or insurance-account credentials. Do not put these or other unnecessary sensitive information in a form, ordinary email, or text. The site does not offer user accounts or process online payments at this time.
Where a website request is stored and sent
After a valid submission, we store the information and consent record as a private record in our WordPress administration system. We also send a plain-text email copy to designated X Restorations inboxes through our hosting and email providers so authorized personnel can respond. Copies may include contact information, property ZIP code, service and property selections, message, source and campaign information, and consent-audit details. Ordinary email and text are not guaranteed completely secure. Authorized administrators can export or erase lead data through WordPress privacy tools, subject to verification and lawful retention exceptions.
How we use information
We use information to review and respond to requests; confirm statewide availability; coordinate, provide, and document authorized services; communicate about scheduling, conditions, estimates, scopes, and updates; communicate with a person or insurer when authorized; maintain business, accounting, consent, and opt-out records; operate, secure, measure, and improve the site; understand lead sources; prevent fraud or misuse; enforce agreements; protect people, property, and rights; and comply with legal, tax, insurance, safety, and regulatory obligations.
Calls and text messages
If you check the initially unchecked service-contact box and submit the form, you ask and authorize X Restorations to call or text the number provided only about that request, including through automated technology. This does not authorize marketing and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Because the form asks us to respond by phone, permission is required to submit it; you may call instead. Message frequency varies and rates may apply.
You may revoke permission by any reasonable method. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE; call (813) 351-9419; or email info@xrestorations.com. We will honor a clear request as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 10 business days. A clear revocation applies to consent-required calls and texts at that number. Marketing, sale, targeted advertising, and automated decisions
The form does not collect marketing consent. We do not sell personal information, use it for cross-site targeted advertising, or use solely automated profiling for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not share mobile opt-in or consent information with third parties for their own marketing. If these practices change, we will update this notice and provide any choice or consent required by law first.
How we disclose information
We disclose only information reasonably needed to technology and operations providers supporting hosting, security, WordPress, analytics, email, calls or texts, storage, and request administration; restoration employees, technicians, subcontractors, consultants, laboratories, or specialists; a property representative, insurer, adjuster, or other person you authorize; professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when necessary or legally required; and a successor in a lawful business transaction. Current website providers include HostGator/Newfold, Cloudflare, WordPress and active service plugins, Google Site Kit, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Workspace. Sharing our own scope or estimate does not make X Restorations a public adjuster.
Cookies, Google Analytics, and your choice
Essential hosting, security, and performance tools operate as needed to provide and protect the site. Optional Google Analytics remains blocked unless you select Allow analytics in our Cookie settings. If accepted, Google Analytics may set a first-party identifier such as the _ga cookie and receive device and browser information, page activity, referral information, timestamps, and an IP address used at collection to derive approximate location; Google states that Analytics does not log or store that IP. We do not intentionally send form names, phone numbers, emails, or project messages to Analytics.
The essential preference control stores the allowed or denied choice in first-party browser storage and a host-only cookie for up to 180 days. If storage is unavailable or the choice expires, the site may ask again. Changing to essential-only prevents future optional measurement and clears common first-party Analytics cookies where the browser permits; it does not withdraw information already sent to Google while analytics was allowed.
You may select Use essential only without losing access to the site, telephone, or form; reopen Cookie settings to change your choice; delete or block cookies in your browser; or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The current site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or Analytics advertising personalization. Because we do not sell data or use cross-site targeted advertising, Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control does not change those practices; we will honor a legally required signal if a covered practice is introduced.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes. Unconverted inquiries are periodically reviewed and may be deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Project, contract, warranty, accounting, tax, insurance, safety, email, backup, consent, and opt-out records may follow different periods. Analytics applies the retention setting configured for our property to user-level and event-level data; standard aggregate reports may remain longer. A legal hold, dispute, fraud investigation, or law may require longer retention.
Security and incident response
We apply safeguards appropriate to the systems we control and rely on service-provider protections, including transport encryption, access controls, and limited administrative access. No system is completely secure. If a qualifying incident occurs, we will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law, including Florida law where it applies. Contact us promptly if you believe information has been misused.
Your privacy choices and requests
You may ask whether we hold information associated with you; request access or a portable copy; correct it; or request deletion. We offer these options even when a particular state privacy statute does not apply. We may verify identity and authority, and may retain information for an active service, transaction, security, fraud prevention, claim, tax, accounting, insurance, safety, consent/opt-out record, or another lawful exception. If you did not provide email, identify the phone number, property ZIP code, and approximate submission date. Do not send identity documents until we provide secure instructions. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
U.S. processing, children, and third-party services
X Restorations is based in Florida and directs the site to people seeking services in Florida. We and our providers may process and store information in the United States. The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted information, we will delete it as reasonably practicable. Third-party links are governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy practices.
