This Privacy Notice explains how X Restorations collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through this website and through calls or text messages connected with a service request.
Information you provide
When you request restoration help, we may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, Florida property ZIP code, property type, damage category, project details, and any other information you include. Please do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for us to understand the request.
Website, attribution, and analytics information
Our website may receive the page you visited, referring page, campaign parameters such as UTM values or advertising click identifiers, browser user-agent information, and security or hosting log data. For lead-consent auditing, the form stores a one-way, site-keyed hash of the request IP address; the raw IP address is not stored in the private lead record.
We use Google Site Kit to connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may receive information such as device and browser details, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, interactions, and referral information. Google Search Console provides aggregated search-performance and indexing reports to us; it does not itself collect the name, phone number, email, or project details entered into our form on this page. Google’s processing is governed by its own privacy terms and controls.
Call and text consent records
If you submit a service form, we store whether you checked the service-contact permission, the exact disclosure shown, its version and language, date and time, page and form location, and a unique audit ID. That permission is limited to calls and texts about the request you submitted. It does not authorize marketing calls or texts. You may call us instead of using the online form.
How we use information

Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. We periodically review unconverted website inquiries and delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed. We may retain records longer when reasonably needed for an active project, contract, warranty, insurance matter, accounting or tax obligation, dispute, legal hold, safety, fraud prevention, or to document and honor a communications opt-out.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no website or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. This website is intended for adults requesting property services and is not directed to children under 13.
